Born in Cherry Point, North Carolina in April 1965. American musician Tim Alexander also known as Herb, has an estimated net worth of $10 million. He is widely recognized as the drummer of the rock band Primus and for his polyrhythmic playing style. Alexander started off his music career playing with then ska-based rhythm band Major Lingo before replacing Jay Lane and played with Primus from 1988 to 1996. In 2003 the musician rejoined Primus and played there until 2009 when Lane took his place. Following his departure from the band, he founded the group Laundry and later joined the band A Perfect Circle, the Blue Man Group, and the Born Naked. In 2013 Alexander confirmed that he would rejoin Primus, where he played on numerous albums including Suck on This, Sailing the Seas of Cheese, Animals Should Not Try to Act Like People, Miscellaneous Debris, Pork Soda, Frizzle Fry, Tales from the Punchbowl, and Primus & the Chocolate Factory with the Fungi Ensemble.
