Born in Downe, Kent, England in April 1964. British politician Nigel Farage has an estimated net worth of $3 million. He has served as the leader of the UK Independence Party since 2010 in addition to having been part of the European Parliament for South East England since 1999. Farage is also the co-chairman of the Europe of Freedom and Direct Democracy group. In 1992 he parted way with the Conservative Party after the Maastrict Treaty was signed and he was then instrumental in founding the UKIP party. In 2006 he was voted the UKIP Leader and has gained fame from his passionate and controversial speeches with criticism for the euro among many other things. Before becoming the leader of the UK Independence Party he held role as the Chairman of the party between 1998 and 2000 and was also in office from 2006 to 2009.
