Born in West Berlin, West Germany on September 03, 1988 to a German mother and Ghanaian father. German professional footballer Jerome Boateng, who is currently playing as a defender for Bundesliga club Bayern Munich and his country’s national team, has an estimated net worth of $10 million. Boateng’s career began in 2002 when he signed for Hertha BSC’s youth academy before being promoted to Hertha BSC II four years later. In 2007 he made a breakthrough into the club’s senior and stayed there briefly prior to his transfer to another German side Hamburger SV for where he made 75 appearances.
