Dutch professional soccer player Ron Vlaar has an estimated net worth of $15 million. Born in Hensbroek, Netherlands in February 1985. He plays as a central defender for Premier League side Aston Villa and his country’s national team. Vlaar started off his career joining Apollo ’68 at where he stayed from 1991 to 1995. He then went on to play for SVW ’27 between 1995 and 1996 and AZ from 1996 to 2004 as a youth product. In 2004 the defender made a breakthrough into AZ’s senior team and played there till 2006 when he left for another Dutch club Feyenoord. During his six-year spell at the Eredivisie outfit, Vlaar was featured in 132 games and netted 8 goals in the process. In 2012 he moved to his current side Aston Villa and has so far been an important member in the squad. Besides, he has represented Holland in international competitions starting from his time with the Netherlands U19 and their U21 team prior to his being called up to the senior team in 2005. Vlaar was also named one of the best defenders at the 2014 Summer FIFA World Cup in Brazil when the Netherlands secured 3rd place in the tournament.
