Canadian businessman and philanthropist Frank Giustra has an estimated net worth of $1 billion. Born in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada in 1957. He is regarded as one of the most thriving industrialists in mining and filmmaking. He finished Douglas College in 1979 and started his career at Merrill Lynch as an assistant trader and stockbroker. He turned Yorkton Securities into a “major force in the world of international mining finance”. He was appointed President of Yorkton in 1990 and Chairman and CEO in 1995.
