Late English actor and singer Edward Woodward had an estimated net worth of $5 million. Born in Croydon, Surrey, England in June 1930. He attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and later acted on Broadway and London-based West End. Throughout his career Woodward had over 100 acting credits with his debut made in 1955 in the movie Where There’s a Will. From 1967 to 1972 the actor played David Callan character on the television series Callan. He also played the role of Jim Kyle in the TV series 1990 and Robert McCall in the series The Equalizer between 1977 and 1978 and from 1985 to 1989 respectively. From 1990 to 1991 Woodward appeared in the television series Over My Dead Body, starring as Maxwell Beckett, and from 1991 to 1996 he played Storyteller character in the TV series In Suspicious Circumstances. He was also been featured in numerous movies including Becket, A Christmas Carol, File of the Golden Goose, Sitting Target, Young Winston, Virgin Soldiers, The Wicker Man, Stand Up, Breaker Morant, Incense for the damned, Love is Forever, King David, Inn for Trouble, Hot Fuzz, and Three for All. In 1970 he claimed a BAFTA Award for Callan and seventeen years later a Golden Globe Award for The Equalizer. At the age of 79 Edward Woodward died on November 16, 2009.
