Scottish football manager and former player Ally McCoist has an estimated net worth of $10 million. Born in Bellshill, Scotland in September 1962. He was an attacker who began his career in 1979 at St. Johnstone where he stayed until 1981 scoring 22 goals in 57 appearances. From 1981 to 1983 McCoist played his trade at Sunderland and he then went on to join Rangers netting 251 goals in 418 matches between 1983 and 1998. From 1998 to 2001 the former forward played for Kilmarnock where he hung up his boots after being featured in 53 games and scoring 9 times in the process. With Rangers McCoist is the club’s all-time top goal scorer, and also held records for most Scottish League Cup goals scored and number of league goals scored by a single player. Meanwhile, he also represented Scotland’s national soccer team in international contests beginning with their Under-19 and Under-21 prior to his being called up to join the senior squad. He is now a member of the Scotland Football hall of Fame in addition to being inducted into the 2007 Scottish Sports Hall of Fame. In the same 2007 McCoist also landed a role as Rangers’ assistant manager and was confirmed their new manager in 2011.
